Please read this Policy carefully in its entirety before registering or using the UGREEN Account, and confirm that you have fully understood and agreed to all of its provisions. If you do not agree to any provision of this Policy, please discontinue registration or use of the UGREEN Account.
This Policy applies to all international users accessing UGREEN account services outside of mainland China.

We collect and use your personal information based on the purposes described in this Policy, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith. You may visit the Personal Information Collection List to quickly learn about the purposes, methods, and scope of personal information collected and used by the UGREEN Account.
1.1 Account Registration and Login
When you register, log in to, and use the UGREEN Account services, we will collect and use the personal information necessary to enable account functionality and ensure account security, including:
(1) When you register a UGREEN Account, you are required to provide your email address and set an account password to complete the registration and login process.
(2) During account registration and use, we will generate a User ID for you, which serves as the unique identifier for your account within the system and is used for account identification, service association, and account management. In addition, we will automatically detect your network IP address or allow you to manually select your country/region code to assign the appropriate service node, identify your account region, and fulfill relevant legal compliance obligations. We will also automatically collect and record your network IP address and login timestamp for account security monitoring, anomalous behavior detection, and unusual login identification.
1.2 Profile Information
During your use of the UGREEN Account, you may optionally complete your account profile. You may fill in or upload personal profile information, including your profile picture, username, full name, gender, date of birth, personal bio, and user notes, which are used for account display and personalization purposes. All of the above fields are optional; failure to provide them will not affect your ability to register, log in, or use the basic features of the UGREEN Account.
1.3 Account Security and Operations
To ensure account security, provide services, and fulfill legal obligations, we automatically record your account status and activity timestamps, including whether the account is active or frozen, its cancellation status and upgrade status, as well as the times of account creation, profile modifications, logins, cancellation requests, and completed cancellations. We also record the registration source used during sign-up, including the name of the UGREEN application and the registration environment (App, Mini Program, PC, or Web).
